Fibolite (breeze block)
FIBOLITE is an ultra lightweight load bearing block manufactured from Plasmor’s own man-made expanded clay aggregate. Expanded clay nodules are produced by sophisticated pyrogenic technology whereby geochemically specific clay is expanded in a rotary kiln at high temperature. The clay nodule is an extremely lightweight granular aggregate with a hard vitrified outer shell and an air filled honeycombed inner. FIBOLITE blocks are extremely lightweight, offer one hand lift laying, have excellent thermal efficiency values, provide an ideal key for plaster/render and accept fixings readily. FIBOLITE blocks are especially suitable for house building, extensions, repair, maintenance and refurbishment projects. The majority of the blocks in the FIBOLITE range comply with the 20kg single lift requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

Tarmac Toplite
Toplite Standard is extremely versatile, and can be used where just one block type is required for use in external and separating walls in houses and apartments, as well as other building types.

*When rendered, Supabloc 4 is recommended in conjuction with partial cavity insulation.
Trench Block
In response to improved standards of energy efficiency, new Durox Foundation aircrete blocks have been added to the range to support wider cavity walls, which are increasingly being used above ground. They measure 450mm x 300mm x 215mm. They can be used to support cavity, solid or frame construction.
Durox Foundation 450 x 300 working dimensions
Dimensions are 350mm x 310mm x 215mm high.
Foundation blocks can be laid to a wall width of 300mm x 300mm depending on the requirements of the project.
